The Aniplex Online Fest 2021 event announced on Sunday that production on a special edition for the Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note television anime has been green-lit. Lord El-Melloi II voice actor Daisuke Namikawa noted that he has not yet recorded the dialogue for the special edition, but he is looking forward to it with the rest of the returning cast and staff. The anime’s character designer Jun Nakai drew a new teaser visual of Lord El-Melloi II standing back-to-back with the younger version of Waver Velvet:
