Pony Canyon revealed on Saturday that tokusatsu studio Tsuburaya Productions is producing a live-action video series titled “Gridknight Fight” for the Blu-ray Disc and DVD home video releases of the SSSS.Dynazenon, with one episode for each of the four home video volumes.
Yuichi Abe (Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial) is directing the video shorts. Kenichi Suzumura reprises his role as Gridknight from both SSSS.Gridman and SSSS.Dynazenon. Karin Takahashi similarly returns as Anosillus the 2nd from both shows. Tetsu Inada reprises his role as Alexis Kerib from SSSS.Gridman. Hiroshi Kamiya is the narrator.
The home video volumes of SSSS.Dynazenon will ship on June 16, July 21, September 15, and October 20, respectively.
